How to use this product?

Refill your favorite reusable hand soap bottle with our pouch. Our rich, high concentration formula means you only need a small amount—pump onto damp hands, lather and rinse thoroughly!

Where are our products made from?

All our products are made in Los Angeles, California, at an FDA (MoCRA)-approved facility that meets some of the highest manufacturing standards in the US. Raw materials are sourced both domestically and internationally.

Are the products safe on sensitive skins?

Our formulas are non-toxic and free from harsh ingredients, making them gentle on most skin types. However, if you have specific skin conditions like eczema, we recommend reviewing our ingredient list with your doctor before use.

How much is the shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over $35.

Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may have additional fees.

We currently do not ship outside of the US due to shipping regulations—though we’re working on shipping to Canada soon!

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship next business day. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with delivery typically taking 2–6 business days. Some locations may experience longer shipping times due to carrier delays.
